We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method shown and to the address which you specify.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) on the same day, our delivery time is within 3-5 working days within The Netherlands. Orders made after 12pm will be processed the following working day. Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be handled as a new order. Orders are not processed over the weekend or on bank holidays.
Our “Standard” delivery service is available for all customers. For these international orders we aim to deliver between 5 – 7 working days, but please allow 10 working days before contacting us.
It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.
All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 10 business days you have not received your order, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Our international delivery rates are exclusive of Duty, VAT and customs charges. Where you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, you may claim any VAT back on your order, should you wish to do so. Moods skincare does not accept responsibility for VAT claims.
